Output Management comes as part of the Acadre Enterprise Suite. It works like a printer – just press the print button on screen like you would normally. But unlike a printer, Acadre Output Management also arranges for the content to be put in your letters and into an envelope and then posts them for you!
And what’s more, you can choose which other documents to include, such as a brochure, leaflet or questionnaire. Perhaps you want the letter printed on headed paper? Choose your preferences and Acadre Output Management will take care of the logistics for you – you don’t even need to worry about putting the right paper in the printer.
Mail merge simplified the process of writing letters to multiple recipients – now Acadre has automated the dispatch so that sending 1,000 letters is as easy as sending just one.

A specially-created website lets you track what you have sent. In fact, you can even recall items if they haven’t been dispatched yet.

Instead, they can focus on other tasks, increasing efficiency. You also get access to information you probably didn’t have before. Customising correspondence for even greater cost savings
However we can make it even more intelligent. Sometimes ordinary post is not the cheapest method – after all, you still have to pay for a stamp. How about email instead, even encrypted email or another digital method? Perhaps the recipient has a preference? No need to worry, the preferences can be set for each recipient and Acadre Output Management handles everything for you. Some clients will receive a physical letter, others an email, and some will receive a PDF file deposited in their secure digital mailbox. We keep tabs on it all for you, reporting statistics as you go.
A copy of every document sent by Acadre Output Management is saved as a PDF file and marked with the date and time of dispatch. The PDF files will be forwarded to you automatically.
